A friend tweets you. You send a Snapchat back. They call you. You message them in WhatsApp. Somewhere there’s a Yo sprinkled in.
There are lots of ways to stay maximally connected. But as far as we’re concerned, you only need one: Wire, a cross-platform chat app that seamlessly weaves in voice calling, photo sharing, and more.
Wire comes from some of the people who launched Skype, and in some ways it’s like the Skype of 2015. Create group chats or voice calls between computers, phones, tablets, and other devices. Your conversations will sync across all of ’em. Plus, you can share photos instantaneously (video coming soon). And rich content – like YouTube videos and SoundCloud music – is displayed in context.
This minimally designed app is available for iOS, Android, and Mac computers. But Windows and browser(!)-based versions are fast approaching.
There are so many ways to say hello, but there’s just one Wire.
